1. Product Introduction
RDCM350-13DL Concrete Mixer is a self-dumping mixer of double conical drums which discharge concrete by reverse-rotation, suitable for mixing plastic and semi-dry & hard concrete with the size of aggregate up to 60mm. Mixing is carried out when the mixing drum rotates in normal direction, and discharge is performed when the mixing drum rotates in reversed direction. Each time, the mixing drum can handle 0.35 cubic meters of concrete.

The mixer is designed and manufactured according to GB/T9142-2000<Concrete Mixer>, it is featured by novel construction, advanced performance, high productivity, high mixing quality, compact structure, low energy consumption, simple operation, etc. Therefore, JZC350 is particularly suitable for circumstances like ordinary construction sites, road construction, bridge work and small-sized prefabricated-component factories etc.

-Arc lining board adopts high chrominum wear-proof cast iron and end lining board adopts high manganese wear-proof cast steel. The high wear-proof ability can greatly improve the service life of main machine;
-Using bolts to fix. It is more convenient and quick to exchange;
-Shaft end sealing adopts multi-layer sealing device with good leakage-proof;
-concrete mixer with pneumatic wheels diameter 550x15;
-steering system and reinforced tow bar for safe and easy movement;
-cabin suitable for any kind of diesel engine with side hole for outlet of exhaust gas;
-device for absorbing vibrations:it reduces to the least the vibrations produced by diesel engines, for a more noiseless machine that has a long duration in time;
-telescopic legs for an absolute stability of the machine.
