Alumina Ceramic Foam Filter plate for Aluminum Casting

Alumina ceramic foam filters are mainly used in the production of aluminum and aluminum alloy purification process. With more and more high quality aluminum product requirements, the application of alumina ceramic foam filters will be more extensive.
 

1. Effectively eliminate the bulk of molten aluminum inclusions.
2.  Removed small size of several microns inclusions in the normal process of molten aluminum.  At the same time, as ceramic foam filter reduce the small inclusions, effectively reduces the number of nucleus in the liquid aluminum, shorten solidifying time, organizations are refined.
3. Reduce the hydrogen content in liquid aluminum. Hydrogen atoms can be adsorbed in oxide inclusions, oxide inclusions can be the core of gas generation. It also filtered gas when remove the inclusion.
4.  By adsorption, It can remove the harmful elements in molten aluminum (Na K).

     1. Clean the filter box.
     2. Gently put filter into the filter box, and press the gasket around filter to prevent the molten aluminum to flow from side.
     3. Even preheat filter box and filter plates, closer to the temperature of molten aluminum casting.
     4. Observe aluminum liquid hydraulic head change, the normal initial pressure head is 75-150 mm. When the Alumina
        liquid began to pass, the pressure head will be reduced to 25 mm below,  then the pressure head will gradually           increase.        
   5. After filtration, timely remove the filter plate, clean the filter box.

2. Understand the customer's use plan, and do a good job guidance.

  Damaged during transportation, replenishment will be provided according to the situation. If the product is found to have quality problems during use, after both parties confirm that it is a problem with the filter, our factory will exchange or return the product.

1.  Inside packing: Filters are put in small box and Layered packaging. There is cardboard between each layer.
2. Outside packing: Cartons&Pallets. Three layer corrugated cartons and export special pallets .
