SLA 3D printing vs. CNC machining

SLA 3D printing is much more cost-effective than CNC machining not only in labor cost, production time but also details of shoe sole models.

1. Make prototype to check new design

KINGS 600Pro is especially liked by customer in producing complicated shoe sole design, esp.textures, sharp edges/corners, hollow desgins, and etc.

3.Printing Resin for PU mold We've tested different resin for PU mold printing:

The light yellow and brown resin can resist 70-75 ºC, and we've tested it's also enough for PU sole production test. The brown resin is better with detail. If we just need a sample mold to produce a PU sample sole, there's no need to make frame. If we need larger qty production, we'll need to make metal frame for it for more production.
