Why did we develop mealworm selecting machine? what function & advantage does this machine provide?
There are four growing periods for tenebrio molitor:
insects, spawn, larvae and pupae,the larvae is mainly used as feed.However during the breeding,you may see many ingredients in box like above image:Larvae (different size), pupa (different size), weak worm, dead worm, shedding of skin, leftover feed and dung etc,if don't clean the sundries timely,the foul smell from them will disturb larval growing,at the same time larva will also hurt even eat the weak worm and pupa and cause unnecessary losses.
For traditional hand picking,it's hard to clean the dead worm and pupa,moreover it would need spend a lot of manpower on all procedures,which is low efficiency and big spending.In this condition,to cater farmers need and base on our a few years breeding experiences and we had developed and created the professional tenebrio molitor multi-functional separator 3years ago,it's all-in-one machine and owed various kinds of functions,can process to sieve dung and dead worm,blow dead skin,separate big/small worm at the same time,helping solve your problems fast and improve working efficiency.
At present, the machinery had been exported to over 20 countries in the world, we constantly improve our technology and endeavor to make more prefect machine so that we could really help thousands of mealworm breeding farmers in home and abroad .

Function:
Our machine is dust-free, and can select and separate the sand, the worm skin, leftover feed, impurities, big/small worms, pupa, dead worms and inactive worms from respective exits!
c.The machine will be absorbing dust in the whole screening process, to prevent dust spread everywhere and harm the health of the operator.( Dust inhalation for a long time will cause various diseases, such as rhinitis, pneumonia, bronchitis, pneumoconiosis, lung cancer and so on. Therefore,use of the machine is good for sanitation and health!).
Efficiency for handling the mealworm: 400kg/hour, equivalent to the efficiency of about 12 workers.
Scope of application: Sieving the sand of the mealworm and the superworm, removing impurities and dead skins, separating the live worms and pupa and dead worms, big worms and small warms, pupa and the adult, pupa and the dead worms.
Two Parts of all functions in this machine:(functions to be easily adjusted as below image)
One part:sieve sand and remove dead skin and impurities only
As no need separate big/small worm or pupa/dead worm generally during the normal breeding, this part of functions can be used alone to save time and improve the efficiency.)
The other part:separate pupa,dead worm,big/small worm, sieve sand and remove dead skin and impurities.
These two parts can be exchanged easily with one button.

Advantages:
