XCMG manufacture drilling machines HDD horizontal directional drill.
1. The dual-floating patented technology of power head and vise can greatly protect the thread of the drill pipe and prolong the service life of the drill pipe;
2. The push-pull of the power head is equipped with a variable plunger motor reducer. Through the rack and pinion structure, the push-pull speed is fast and the operation is reliable;
3. Streamlined bionic appearance, full-lift opening design, convenient for maintenance and repair.
4. Hydraulic pilot control provides comfortable operating performance and flexible adjustment. The first-class brand of hydraulic components ensures the reliability of the machine's hydraulic system.
5. The horse frame clamp adopts double-floating patented technology, which can greatly protect the thread of the drill pipe and prolong the service life of the drill pipe.
6. High-speed sliding system, piston motor realizes high and low sliding speed, improves the machine's ability to adapt to working conditions, and improves construction efficiency.
7. Optional automatic infusion machine, the drill box can hold 40 pieces of drill pipe (φ73), ensuring a maximum of 120 meters at a time, efficient and automated construction, reducing construction costs and labor intensity.
8. To support the diverse needs of customers, the machine can be equipped with automatic (semi-automatic) automatic pipe loader, automatic anchoring system, cab, air-conditioning wind power, cold start, frozen mud, mud cleaning, mud saving and other devices.
