(2) The forming cycle is short, which is only one tens to hundreds of times of casting and hot pressing. The strength of the blank is high and can be produced automatically. The management and control in the production process is also very convenient, which is suitable for mass production.
(3) Because of the good fluidity of the binder, the compactness of the injection molding blank is quite uniform.
(4) The debinding time is long, especially for products with large thickness, which may be as long as 100-200 hours.
(5) Because the mixture of powder and binder is very uniform, the gap between powders is very small, and the shrinkage characteristics in sintering process are basically the same, so the density of each part of the product is uniform and the geometric dimension accuracy is high.
