• Curbs the bacterium growing so as to achieve hygienic. Shock freezing and prevent ice to appear thus to reserve original texture.

• This machine can reach temperature of -35 C. Degree in a short time. Blast chilling and blast freezing can be controlled by presetting temperature or by timer.

• Digital read-out of the chilling cavity or core product temperature (on customer request). Outside Surfaces and Chilling Cavity in AISI304 Stainless. Automatic keep frozen function after process finished.
