Introduction
CD1.MD1 type wire rope electric hoist is a kind of small and light lifting device. It can be installed on hoist single girder, overhead/bridge crane, gantry crane, jib cranes. Also it can be used for winch after improved.
This device is widely used in factory, mining, port, workshop, warehouse and shop, it is a kind of necessary device which can raise efficiency of labor and improve labor conditions.
The lifting speed of CD1 type electric hoist is at normal speed, which can satisfy general operational requirement. MD1 type electric hoist has two speeds-normal speed and slow speed.
When it at slow speed, it can meet the demands of the precision handling, sand box mold and such precision operation. So, MD1 type is more widely used than CD1.
The available temperature is -20ºC-40ºC, humidity is below 85%. The environment is no fire, no explosion danger and no corrosive environment.
To meet the demands of large tonnage crane operation, our company also produce HC20T, 32T electric hoist.
Application
The electric hoists can be installed on many kinds of single girder overhead cranes and gantry cranes and jib cranes, or installed on I-Beam shape steel to lift heavy objects straightly or in a curve. The products are widely used at industrial ore enterprises, railway, harbors, warehouses and materials sites etc. They are indispensable machinery to improve working conditions and efficiency in manufacturing
