Introduction
     SINCHOLD SIN-300 rail grout is a special grout made of high-strength cementing material, multiple admixtures and specially selected aggregates, which has the characteristics of high flowability, non-shrinkage, early strength and high strength.

Features of SINCHOLD Rail Grout
      It is produced by factory based on cement-based cementing materials, mineral admixtures, high-performance additives. Add water and stir it evenly, pour it into the bolt holes and under the rail to achieve uniform transmission of the load and bear the various forces on the upper part. It can improve the durability, shorten the construction period and reduce pollution in ports, docks and high-speed railways.

 Applications
     1. Grouting of crane rail grooves in ports and docks. Rail clips grouting, base plate, bolt fixing, etc.
     2. Applicable for primary and secondary grouting of various mechanical and electrical equipment (heavy duty equipment, high-precision grinder etc.)

Instructions
Construction points:
(I) Foundation Preparation and FormworkErecting:
1. Scabbling and cleaning of the concrete foundationsurface. remove rust and oil stainsfrom the components (such as sole plates) that are bonded together with the seat slurry.
2. Wet the concrete foundation surface 4 to 24 hours before pouring the slurry, and there should be no water accumulation when pouring.
3. The baffle shall be tightly supported to prevent slurry leakage.
(II) Grouting:
1. Water consumption: add water and stir according to the proportion of 3.5kg of water per bag (25kg). If the construction does not require a large flowability, the water consumption can be reduced accordingly.
2. Stirring procedure: add the specified amount of water into the mixing bucket, put it into the mixer, pour part of the dry material into the mixing bucket, and then pour the remaining material for mixing, the time should be controlled within 3 ~ 5 minutes from beginning to end.
3. During stirring, the paddle should move slowly up, down, left, and right along the periphery of the bucket, so that the dry material adhering to the bottom of the bucket and the bucket wall can be mixed; the stirring paddle should not be lifted above the liquid level of the seat slurry, so as not to bring air into the slurry.
4. When pouring, pour as much as possible from one side to expel the air between the sole plate and the concrete foundation. Where necessary, tools such as bamboo sheets can be used for diversion. After the grouting starts, it must be carried out continuously without interruption.
 (III) Maintenance:
1. Cover the seat slurry that has been poured with a wet straw bag or cloth, and sprinkle water, 2 to 6 times a day, for maintenance.
2. The maintenance temperature should be kept above 15 ºC,for 7 days. If the site temperature is low, the maintenance period can be extended properly.
3. Measures of thermal insulation should be taken during winter construction.
4. Form strippingshould be carried out within 24 hours after completion of grouting, and maintenance should be continued after the stripping.
6. Packaging and Storage
     Use moisture-proof packaging, net weight 25kg / bag, shelf life 6 months; must be stored in a dry and ventilated room, guard against moisture, please use as soon as possible.
