3. Project case- Structural Steel Logistics Warehouse:
This logistics warehouse is constructed for Hidu, it' s located in Qingdao, China, total area is 40, 000m2.
Our company takes 22 days in total to finish the area of 20,000m2, it' s a miracle in this field of steel structure construction, and we got high reputation from our customer.
1) Roof use V760 type 0.6mm steel sheet with 75mm glass wool and attaching veneer.
2) Wall use V840 type 0.6mm steel sheet

4. Our Design Software adopted for green modular buildings ( made of steel frame ) :
We use a series of advanced computation, analysis, design software, and dwgs detailing& mapping software, it including American SAP2000, American STAAD-Pro connection calculation software, Korean Midas gen software of finite element analysis, PKPM, 3D3S, Finland Xsteel, and AUTOCAD, etc.

We use computer workstation to Build 3D model, optimize the design scheme, which increase the product accuracy and material use ratio effectively.

5. Packing and Shipping for green modular buildings ( made of steel frame ) :
Packing Details:
1) For big single steel parts, no need to pack, just protect the end plate with blanket.
2) Main commonly frame: We possess the unique most professional and best packaging solution in China presently - framing package, which perfectly protects the structural steel members from any impact damage during the transport. Or according to customer' s requirement.
3) The cladding part: roof or wall single steel plate whose surface covered by transparent PVC, is wrapped by plastic film.
roof or wall sandwich panel without packing, will load into the container piece by piece, and then fixed firmly.

Shipping:
1) Main big frame will be shipped in bulk carrier
2) Other material load into 20ft( HQ) or / and 40ft( HQ)   
3) Cladding part: As our experience, 20ft closed container can be load around 450-500 square meters sandwich panel, but depends on the container is flat enough and the length of the panels. 40ft closed container can load around 900-1000 square meters in the same situations.


6. FAQ:
1) Would you send engineers to the site to guide for working when installed ?
Re: Yes, Usually we will send two engineers to the site, and the cost shall be in the customer account.

2) Can you design for green modular buildings ( made of steel frame ) ?
Re: Sure, we have excellent design team, our mainly design software are Auto CAD, PKPM, MTS, 3D3S, Tarch, Tekla Structures( Xsteel) V12.0.etc
