Description

S)-(-)-Diaminopropane dihydrochloride can be used as a pharmaceutical synthesis intermediate, such as the preparation of dexrazoxane, which is the dextrorotation pair in the mixed body of the antitumor drug razoxane (razoxane) Enantiomer. It is a cardioprotective drug that is clinically used to prevent cardiotoxicity caused by anthracycline antitumor drugs and heart damage caused by chemotherapy in children with leukemia. It is often used as an adjuvant drug in cancer treatment.
