Rigid PE/PP/ABS/PS Bottle, Bucket, Hollow Container Recycling Machine
This HDPE milk bottle recycling washing line is used to recycling the waste HDPE/LDPE/PP Bottles and buckets, hollow container and so on.
The production line including the conveyor belt, metal detector, plastic wet crusher, floting washing tank, high speed friction washer, centrifugal dewatering machine, drying system and label separating machine, material collecting packing system.
After crushing, washing and drying, we will get clean pe pp bottle flakes. We also can customized it for you according to your special requirement.

--- Belt conveyor: feeding the plastic bottles into the crusher. If there is any scrap metal inside the bottles, semi-auto metal detector is suggested.   
--- S-series crusher: with water, crush plastic bottles into small size (size is adjusted as buyer request)
--- Friction washing loader machine: washing out the sand, soil from the material and loading out the material
--- Floating washing tank: washing out the dirty from the material
--- Screw loader: loading the bottle flakes to the next step
--- Horizontal friction washing dewatering machine: washing out labels, dirty and remove dirty water
--- Floating washer tank: washing out the dirty from the material
--- Screw loader: loading the bottle flakes into the next step
--- Dewatering machine: remove the water from the material
--- Hot air drying system: drying the bottle flakes
--- Storage hopper: collect the flakes
--- Control cabinet: control the line on/off (famous brand such as Schneider, Siemens, etc.)

Plastic Crusher Machine 

Function: crushing the material into flakes

>With water inlet can do wet crushing

>Use big roller bearing ensure durable use

>With heavy duty pulley easier for machine working
>Bearing house is installed outside of the chamber so no dirty goes inside which prolong the lifespan
> Upside hopper is covered by shelter so no flakes popped out.
>Blades adopt famous brand SKD-II or D2

Friction washing loader 

Function: Friction washing the material and loading up it

>With water injection system into the rotor for better washing and also clean the screen mesh
>The screen is with fast clip to tight and loose for easy maintenance
>Up and down both mounted with bearing design ensure low maintenance and long use life
>Machine washing part is made by stainless steel 304

Floating washing tank 

Function: Floating washing separate the sand, soil and other dirties

>The roller is specially made can have more washing for flakes but less water take out
>Bottom with positive and negative screw to pushing the dirty into middle

>With a side screw loader to loading out the sinking material
>Machine washing part is made by stainless steel 304

Horizontal dewatering machine 

Function: take out dirty and remover water from the bottle flakes

>With high rotary speed 1500rpm

>Roller bearing is fixed outside of the rotor for durable use
>Inside with mesh layer, mesh diameter size: 3mm
>With water spray system to clean the mesh
>With fan blower inside that can blow out the bottle flakes directly which saves one set of screw loader
>Outside cover drum is made by stainless steel with 3mm thicknes

Hot air drying system 

Function: with hot air further drying the plastic bottle flakes

>Heating by electricity

>Pipe is made with bigger and more thickness elbow for longer use

>Pipe is made by stainless steel with 3mm thickness

>Can select two sets of this pipe drying system to arrange one by one for better drying effect
