Shangqiu Jinpeng Industrial Co. Ltd., founded in 1985, is the first domestic professional enterprise in recycling and utilization of solid waste (waste tires, rubber, plastics) and a technology innovative institute involving scientific research and development, equipment manufacturing. The company covers an area of 113,220m2 or 28 acres, with sale volume over 300 sets and sales revenue around 180 million RMB per year, including 16 million USD exported oriented.
Right now, we have already achieved CE, SGS, ISO, BV, TUV certifications, the emission can meet GB13271-2001 standard. Our company owns 32 Chinese national patents and a provincial technology research center, which is Henan Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center of Comprehensive Utilization Equipment for Waste Rubber and Plastics.
We developed series of machine for disposing waste tire and plastic that includes 5~10 tons daily capacity on batch systems, 15~30 tons daily capacity continuous, automatic systems accordingly. And 3~8 tons batch systems, 10~100 tons continuous systems for crude oil, used engine oil, pyrolysis fuel oil distillation and refining.
Our machines are widely used in China and exported to countries such as Denmark, Austria, Poland, Albania, Turkey, Korea, Thailand, India, African Countries, etc.
