Product DescriptionThe system adopts a combination of high and low pressure pumps to achieve fast no-load operation and slow pressurization of the force cylinder. The rodless chamber of the forcing cylinder is provided with a pre-relief valve to reduce the impact and vibration of the return stroke of the force cylinder.

1. We use Solidworks to design cylinders and do force analysis.
2. Inspection process: incoming inspection, sampling inspection, process inspection and pre-shipment inspection.
3. Before the production, we will do chemical composition tests. The uninspected materials are stored in special positions and all inspected materials are able to be traced by size, supplier and date.
4. During the production, the process cards are placed around to make sure that the workers understand every step clearly. The products are marked for tracking.

The products are fully protected by metal shelves, wood boxes and plastic fillers.
