The tire is loaded on one side of the drum of one station and rotates with the drum at a constant speed. This tire testing machine provides durability testing under conditions of linear motion and slip angle/tilt. Can do tire indentation test and compression test.

Quality Control
1. We use Solidworks to design cylinders and do force analysis.
2. Inspection process: incoming inspection, sampling inspection, process inspection and pre-shipment inspection.
3. Before the production, we will do chemical composition tests. The uninspected materials are stored in special positions and all inspected materials are able to be traced by size, supplier and date.
4. During the production, the process cards are placed around to make sure that the workers understand every step clearly. The products are marked for tracking.

The products are fully protected by metal shelves, wood boxes and plastic fillers.
