Product DescriptionThe main station low-pressure pump has vane pump and screw pump configuration according to the flow requirements to realize the rapid extension of the master cylinder and the pre-discharging function when retreating to reduce the impact and vibration of the system. Each circuit has good pressure holding effect and does not need frequent pressure compensation. The pressure display device of each system can be designed according to the customer's requirements, which is convenient for customer observation.

1. We use Solidworks to design cylinders and do force analysis.
2. Inspection process: incoming inspection, sampling inspection, process inspection and pre-shipment inspection.
3. Before the production, we will do chemical composition tests. The uninspected materials are stored in special positions and all inspected materials are able to be traced by size, supplier and date.
4. During the production, the process cards are placed around to make sure that the workers understand every step clearly. The products are marked for tracking.

The products are fully protected by metal shelves, wood boxes and plastic fillers.
