1. Rotation adopts close-circuit system, Push & pull, Clamping and walk adopt auto-variable system, and load-sensing control, work efficiency increases by 15%-20% , the heat is reduced about 50%, and saved 15%- 20% energy compared to the traditional system.
2. Rotation and push&pull adopts hydraulic control, and it reduces the faults that result from the aging of electrical components, realizing more stable and reliable control and quicker response.
3. It is Equipped with Cummins Engine specialized in engineering machinery with strong power.
4. Main girder adopts four bar linkage luffing structure, which highly increases entry angle range and insures the large angle and rig tracks not being off ground, improving the safety performance.
5. Wire-control walking system can ensure the safty for walk and site transfer.
6. Newly developed reversible manipulator is convenient for loading and unloading drill rod, which greatly reduce the workers labor intensity, improve work efficiency
7. Applicable for φ83×3000mm and φ89×3000mm drilling rod, the machine fits moderate field area, which can meet the requirement for high efficiency construction in small downtown district.
