OVERVIEW
It is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 690V and below, rated current 4000A and below, in three-phase four wire system or three-phase five wire system and other power systems, used for power conversion, distribution and control. The product has passed the national compulsory product certification (CCC certification), in compliance with the GB7251.1 and JB/T9661 standards, and it passes a long test run assessment. It can be widely used in a variety of low-voltage distribution system, such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, building hotels, residential areas, municipal construction, etc.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
• The frames of MNS switch cabinet is combined type and it is assembled by C type steel. All frame structures are treated through galvanization process and connected into the basic framework by the thread forming screws or 8.8-grade hexagon bolts. The whole switch cabinet consists of the door, septum, installing brackets and bus function units. The inner dimensions of switch cabinet, components and compartments are all changing according to the modular (E=25mm)
• Each cabinet is divided into three chambers: horizontal bus chamber (in the rear of the cabinet), drawer chamber (in the front of the cabinet) and cable chamber (in the beneath or the right front of the cabinet). Chambers are separated by a steel plate or flame- retardant plastic function board of high strength. Top drawer and lower drawer are separated by metal sheet with vents in order to efficiently prevent accidents caused by flashover of broken components or short circuit of lines
• The designed structure of low-voltage switch cabinet can meet a variety of inlet and outlet program requirements: top in top out, top in bottom out, bottom in top out, and bottom in bottom out
• Structural components are highly versatile and flexibly in assemble. With modulus E = 25mm, structure and extraction unit can arbitrary combination to meet the needs of system design
• The bus bar is protected by the high-strength flame-retardant high insulating strength plastic functional board. With the anti-fault arc • performance to make the operation and maintenance safe and reliable
• Mechanical interlocks of all size drawers meet the requirements of standards. There are three obvious positions of connection, test, and separation which is safe and reliable
• Standard module design can compose protection, operation, conversion, control, regulation, instructions and other standard units, and
• can be assembled according to the requirements
• High strength flame-retardant engineering plastic is adopted to improve the performance of safe protection eff.
