4 Way 2 Pipe Air Cooler Cassette Fan Coil Unit
1. Ceiling cassette fan coil unit main components
(1) Fan
Fans are centrifugal type. All fans are statically and dynamically balanced.
(2) Motor
Single-phase motors are suitable for different voltages, such as 110V, 115V, 120V, 220V, 230V, 240V. All motors have 10 percent voltage utilization range and wired to unit terminal box. Motors are designed for long life.
(3) Cover Panel
Made of white die-pressed plastic ABS material, with a simple and elegant design,
right for every kind of room. Central intake grid with 4 adjustable fins on the discharge.
(4) Heat exchanger
Coils are standard design together with rows. High efficient hydrophilic aluminum fins are mechanically bonded to seamless copper tubes. All coils are specifically designed and circuited for water use. All coils are tested at 3.3MPa.
(5) Master Unit Casing
Casing are constructed of heavy gauge steel.
(6) Drained pump
High lift water drained pump can drain out the condensate water to ensure the fan coil unit safety running. The fan coil unit shall be factory installed return air plenum that encloses the fan section of the unit. No field fabrication is required. The return air arrangement is adaptable between bottom or front return of the plenum.
(7) Washable filter
Filter is easy to pull out and washable.
(8)Remote controller
Comfortable and intuitive, with a minimal and ergonomic design. Remotre controller with LED display shows the set-up of the unit: room temperature, fan speed and running mode, etc.

(1) 4-way air flowing, which can uniform temperature distribution in the room, automatic swing wind;
(2) 2 tube or 4 tube are optional, flexible control mode, both remote control and wired control(optional);
(3) With inner drain pump, high lift condensate pump design, condensation water pipe layout is more flexible and convenient;
(4) Thin design unit which can be installed in a limit ceiling, unit body thinnest only 290mm;
(5) The design of this product cater for easy installing in order to decease the installation cost;
(6) Using large diameter vortex centrifugal fan, ultra quiet operation;
(7) Water level switch protection, put an end to leakage hidden danger;
(8) Outdoor fresh air can be introduced to improve indoor air quality;
(9) The auxiliary air outlet can be arranged to send some air to the other parts, there by improving the indoor temperature and the uniformity of the airflow field;
(10) Optional anion generator, fresh indoor air;
(11) Can manually remove the remaining water in the water tray;
(12) "U" type heat exchanger, hydrophilic aluminum foil fin.
(1) Cooling: Inlet air temperature DB 27ºC,WB 19.5ºC; Chilled water inlet/outlet temp. 7ºC/12ºC.
(2) Heating: Inlet air temperature DB 20°C, heating water inlet/outlet temperature 60°C/50ºC.

For bulk order, our standard package is carton packing for fan coil, for safe delivery and easy to load/unload, we will stack several layers together with plastic film and packing straps tightly onto the plywood or plastic pallets.
For sample order, we generally use plywood box or honeycomb cardboard to protect.
