Q1. How to send my enquiry?
You can contact us by email, phone call, message (Whats APP, We Chat, Skype). Because these equipment are sold online and in the local market, if lease check if the machine has sold out before ordering.


Q2. How long can I get feedback after enquiry?
We will reply to you within 6hrs on a working day.


Q3. Where is the requested equipment? How can I visit there?
The equipment is usually stored in the seller's factory or warehouse. Please don't worry. We will contact the seller about relevant matters before you come. You are always welcome to visit. If you are not available to come to China to visit, we can make videos or remote online visits.


Q4. Delivery time
Machines order takes 20 days after deposit payment is received. 


Q5. What is the package? Is it suitable for shipment?
The machine is covered by waterproof cloth. And be packed with standard exported wooden cases with steel feet.. It is very strong for overseas transportation.


Q6. Payment term
30% by T/T as down payment, balance 70% by T/T before delivery. If others payment terms, we can discuss. Welcome to inquiry sales.


Q7. How long is the warranty for machines?
Machine warranty is 12 months after receiving goods. 


Q9. How's your after-sale service?
Out after sales support and service is second to none and we urgently respond to your queries. If parts are required, they will be sent to you by international courier within 48 hrs upon registering your need.


Q10. Can you engineer come to our place to help with machine installation & commission?
Yes, our engineers are available to travel to your place. Round flight tickets & accommodation will be at your cost.


Q11. If I don't know how to operate, Can your engineer help me programme well on machines?
Sure. You can provide your detailed sample drawing. Engineers can programme well on machines. Or in some machines, we will put into U-disc of operation video to help you.
