Fisetin is a natural flavonol that belongs to the flavonoid group of polyphenols. It exists in many fruits , vegetables and plants, such as strawberries, tomatoes, onions , Acacia greggii, parrot tree, Quebracho colorado and others . Our fisetin is extracted from Smoketree (Cotinus coggygria Scop).

Like most polyphenols, fisetin is a powerful antioxidant, which explains or partly explains many of its effects.

Fisetin also influences mTOR, a kinase that acts as kind of a cellular switch.
