Seat Belt Installation
1) Place seatbelt on the wheelchair.
2) Lock up the belt with the screw on the back of the wheelchair
3) Slide right and left ends of the seat belt and strap between wheelchair seat and the frame
 

How to use
1) Open the seatbelt by pulling on the red loop.
2) Put it around the patient's waist, then close the red loop. 
3) Insert metal pin at the end of the cord and affixed it on the back of the wheelchair
4) Seatbelt is ready to use
