ECSM-TE350 trailer crack sealing machine is designed to seal the cracks or joints in the asphalt or concrete pavement surface, assure pavement performance and prolong road service life. ECSM-TE350 trailer crack sealing machine is oil jacketed, diesel fired and gasoline powered. Its heat transfer system consists of a transfer oil interlayer and a combustion chamber, the heat transfer oil is heated through the combustion chamber by the burner, providing indirect heating to the sealant. The sealant heated the operating temperature are transported to sealing wand through electric heated hose, and poured to the cracks or joints via the remote controlled material pump switch to adjust the sealant output rate.

1. Oil Jacketed Kettle

350 liter capacity, 45 minutes heating up time, inderict heating, never burnt the sealant. Electric agitator ensures even mixing andimprove heating speed, easy to operate and convenient to maintain. Two ports to receive the sealing wand, user-friendly.

2. Evenly Heating System

45 degree downward burner chamber along with oil-jacketed tank allows high heating efficiency without coking sealant.Riello diesel burner, stable performance, high thermal efficiency and low fuel consumption.

3. Pump System

External material pump promotes safety and minimal mainte­nance. The pump is easily accessible and can be replaced quicker compared with internal pumps. There is no wasted sealant or loss of working volume because of a submerged pump and associated hardware. Digital flow control provides smooth, even material flow no matter what volume or sealing tip is required.

4. Electric Heated Hose

The hose's super flexibility makes for a working coverage of 270 degree.

5. Sealing Wand

A finger-tip control of sealant pumping on the sealing wand. Replaceable sealing tips, different sealing tips apply to different cracks to ensure the desired sealing results.

6. Centralized Control System

Dual digital LCD temperature controller: displaying both the real time temperatures and the required temperatures of heat transfer oil, sealant, and electric heated hose, automatically control the heating process.

7. Walking System

With a double shock absorption system (leaf spring and gas spring), greatly improve the working stability and safety.

Self-propelled electric motor, it can travelling at 5km/h on the site, and can also be hauled by vehicles during the long distance transport.

8. Engine Generator

Gasoline engine generator features high efficiency and low level of noise and air pollution.

9. Safety Device

The lowest loading height eases the operators' workload and reduces work injury.
