Application: Bell type sintering furnace is a high-temperature sintering furnace with periodic operation. The lifting system of shear lead screw is adopted for the lifting of the sintering platform. It can be used in batch production and sintering process of zirconia, alumina, dielectric ceramics and other ceramic products.
Characteristic:

1. The maximum temperature is 1500 ºC and 1650 ºC (the temperature of two models can be selected)
2. The furnace is fixed with special riveting structure, which will not crack and collapse in long-term use
3. The linear guide rail is designed to move smoothly without shaking, and the loading and unloading of products is very convenient and safe
4. Corundum mullite is embedded at the bottom of the bearing plate to enhance the support and prevent the bearing plate from sinking
5. Multi stage program temperature control and PID regulation can meet the sintering requirements of multi-stage process curve storage
6. Overtemperature protection function, when the temperature exceeds the allowable setting value, the power will be cut off automatically
7. High precision B-type thermocouple, accurate temperature measurement
8. The heating element is U-shaped silicon molybdenum rod MOSI₂
