2. Construction of belt conveyor
Driving parts: Be made up of vibrating motor setting up on the base welded by shape section, rapid shaft coupling, reducer, retarded shaft coupling. Driving equipment contains left and right equipment according to arrangement requirement.
Rolling parts: Driving pulley and bend pulley.
Roller parts: Groove, parallel, nucleur and cushion roller.
Clearing parts: Spring and nonloaded cleaner.
Discharge parts: Fixed plough and electric discharger.
Braking parts: Belt back stop and roller back stop.
Accessories: Cover case, guide chute and hopper.
3. Application of belt conveyor
It can convey alone and multi-drop or form horizontal, slant or vertical conveying system with other conveyors.
The working temperature: From below 15 centigrade degree to 40 centigrade degree, conveying materials tempearture is lower than 50 centigrade degree, accumulation specific gravity of conveying materials: From 0.5 to 2.5T/m³ Oil or acid and alkali resistant convey belt should be used when conveying materials containing acid, alkali, oil substance or organic solvent. Take relevant measurement in the places which has apecial requirement such as explosion proof, heat-proof and cold-resistant etc.
