This machine is a Single station PLC Control Thick Sheet Vacuum Forming Machine and can be  designed according to customer's product Sizes. It has a reasonable structure and easy to operate,  suitable for the Blister forming of small and medium-sized plastic products. Electric System adopt Japan  OMRON, high definition Touch Screen and intelligent Temperature Control Module, the whole system 
Technical Features:

The Heating System adopt double-Side heating and was consist of Carbon fiber medium wave heating tube, tube carriage and porcelain connector. It has the character of instant heating and energy saving, the power will be off automatically if there is no heating deman.
Pneumatic and Vacuum system contains Vacuum pipe, Vacuum Pump, Vacuum chamber and tank, Vacuum angle valves etc.
Purpose:
The material such as ABS, PP, PS, PVC, EPS, HIPS, PE, HDPE, PC, PMMA, EVA ,PETG  in thick sheet could be produced with this machine, and it is an ideal Vacuum forming machine for auto parts, sanitary wares, bags and light-fixture, sliding board, furniture, toys, advertising signs, traffic signs, apparatus (electrical) shell and inner bladder, plastic pallet and liners etc.

V,Installation Instructions
1. The machine should be installed in a dry, clean shop floor. And leave some aside installation location of the active working distance gas, electricity, refer to the machine diagram of a flat position.
2. After removing the packaging machine, placed on the ground level of the firm can use. Its area, see the appearance of space dimensions Figure II.
3. Were connected to a source of water and gas supply, and connect the ground wire.
4. Check heater heating elements are intact (Ruoyin shipping damage should be replaced).
5. All lubrication points should be added to lubricants. Vacuum pumps, air source FRL oil level should come on to the line. The watershed of the filter device slop put the net.
6. Check the vacuum pump motor, cooling fan rotation is correct (after power test, which if not properly swap two wires can).
7. Supply part of the user's machine to install their own gas purification equipment, in order to ensure increased service life of pneumatic components. Please refer to the pneumatic equipment clean air system flow chart diagram III.
8. External power cable with double insulated copper wire 4, each section is not less than 16mm2.
Guarantee:  
Machine with one year warranty,all spare parts will be given free within 1 year.
Engineer dispatch is possible,the buyer must assume the cost of  round-trip airfare and accommodation   etc.*The engineer salary is 100USD/Day.
