2021 Top Sell Bow Skip Stranding Machine
1.Product Description
The skip stranding machine is used for stranding 1+6 structure conductor. The conductor from 15 sqmm to 100 sqmm aluminum and copper 1+6 conductor. It also strands insulated cable core.
Precise boring: Bow type structure, totally 7 support boxes support 6 pairs of stranding bows on each pair end. The bow material is carbon fiber, which is durable. The wires pass through the bows and support boxes by guiding wheels, which will protect the wires from scraping. The base frame is made by 100*200 square steel tube, and 25mm thick steel plate will welded on the steel tube for the support boxes. The base frame is milled by 15 meter long big milling machine in one step, to keep the surface is same height and keep the stranding cage in the same concentricity. The cage rotating shaft is equipped with 3 disc-brakes to keep the rotating cage quick and smooth stop. The bobbins in the cage are clamped by pneumatic wrench, pay-off wire tension is mechanical friction tension, which is adjusted. The wire outer part of the stranding cage is equipped with pre-twisted device, which will keep the strand away from loosen. The machine is equipped with wire-break test device for each payoff unit in each bow. When wire is broken, and payoff bobbin will decrease the payoff speed, then the detector will get the data, then the machine will stop automatically. This will detect the 99% wire broken. The bobbin in the stranding cage is clamped by pneumatic wrench. The machine is equipped with disc type pneumatic brake.
The key gearboxes adopt the best gearboxes in China. The gearbox is almost no noise. Normally the gearbox will work for 5 years with no problem.
The production speed is extremely fast. For example, 45mm² bare wires, pitch 105mm, the speed is 5000m/h. So, in 12 hours, the skip stranding machine can produce 60000m wires. If we reduce the loading and unloading time, and host stop-time, for example 3 hours, 35000 meters to 40000 meters conductor can be produced. Production capacity is very very high.
One electromagnetic wire-break stopping devices to each bobbin clamping device. One induction stopping device is on the mechanical meter counter. These devices will detect 99.9% wire-break.
