Special Conveyor Belt
Heat resistant/high temperature resistant conveyor belt 
Heat Resistant Conveyor Belt is mainly used in conveying high temperature materials, such as sintering ore, hot coke, cement grog and hot casting parts, etc. Based upon the different usage, the EPDM rubber compound with high tensile strength and high penetration polyester fabric can be used to be the covers and reinforcement. Between the covers and the reinforcement, there is another ply of heat resistant glass cloth to strengthen the high temperature resistance. As a result the service life of the belt is prolonged. According to customer's requirement, endless high temperature resistant conveyor belt can also be produced.
High temperature resistant conveyor belt(rubber belt) is mainly used in conveying high temperature materials, such as sintering ore, hot coke, cement grog and hot casting parts, etc. 
Cold-Proof Conveyor Belt
Select cotton canvas, nylon canvas or polyester canvas as belt core, select natural and butadiene rubber combinations as cover rubber. It is characterized by high elasticity, impact-proof and cold-proof. It can work under the temperature -45. 
1. Cold-proof conveyor belts are have three types, named
(1) crack-resostant, (2)abrasion-resistant (3)common types according to the characteristics of cover rubber.
2. According to cold-proof performance, this kind of belt is categorized into two grades S1 and S2. It can be used under the temperature between-45and +50, the ambient temperatre is -60 to +50 .
