1.Are you a Manufacturer or Trading Company?
   We're a manufacturer in Jiangmen, Guangdong. And we have a sales office in Guangzhou.

2. Can you print our LOGO on the product? What's your MOQ?
The MOQ for our no logo Faucet and shower sets are just 10 pieces. All are in stock in our warehouse.
We also accepted the OEM order. Our factory can print your logo on. The MOQ for OEM order is 50 pieces per style. Please send your design sketch for checking first.

3. Is your factory able to design our own package and help us in market planning?
We're willing to help our customers to design their package box with their own logo. We have a design team and a marketing plan design Team to service our customers for this.

4. Do you provide samples?
Yes, But we do not provide a free sample at present. You can take 1-5 pcs if you want to check the quality.

5. What's the shipping method and Delivery Time?
Normally we'll send out your parcel via express shipping method (DHL or EMS or UPS). And it will take an average of 3-10 working days to finish delivery so that you can get our goods quickly.

6.How much for the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is based on your quantity. Please your interesting model and confirm the quantity to us for checking.

7. What are your payment terms?
We usually accept PAYPAL, T/T, and Alibaba Credit Insurance Orders.

8.What about the warranty?
We are very confident in our products, and we pack them very well, so usually, you will receive your order in good condition. The warranty is 5 years, we can provide a free replacement or refund for the broken items.
