PIPE REPAIR KITS

1.Pipe repair bandage;

2.Gloves ;

3 Putty.

OPERATION STEPS;

1. Once the leaking area is identified, shut down the valve of the relevant pipes or hoses immediately.

2. Cleaning and roughening the surface of the broken area of the pipe for easy operation.
3. Put on the latex gloves and paste the Putty to the leaking site of the pipe. 
4. Take out the bandage and  immerse it in the room temperature water for 5~10 seconds. 
5. Wrap the bandage on the broken area with the extend area at least 50mm and make sure all the broken area is covered by the bandage . 

6.When wrapping around the pipe, make sure every layer is tightly pasted by the former layer. 8 layers is recommended .

7.Squeeze and mould repair bandage in the direction of the wrap, and then removing the extra water and spreading the resin until it is tacky to touch. 

8. Wait for at least 30 minutes and then open the valve for use.
