Performance and usage:

It is dissolved in benzene, alcohol, and ether, etc; resists acid and alkali; stable chemical performance; has good whitening effects on PVC, polypropylene, polyethylene, dylene, polyurethane, polyformaldehyde methyl propionate artificial leather, floor leatherette, ABS engineering plastic, polyester film, and organic glass, etc.

Application process:
After dissolved by plasticizer, it can be milled into suspension through three-roller miller, and formed mother liquid; and then add whitening suspension evenly in the processing, it can be plasticized under certain temperature (related with the time); it produces whitening effect under 120-160°C per half hour generally, and 180-190°C per hour. Or mix all the raw materials firstly and then add PS whitener under 160°C for five minutes and roll into piece.
Matching (weight ratio):
Plastic: Whitener PS=10000: (2-5)
Solution: Whitener PS= (2-3): 1
(Dibutyl ester, and xylene, etc can be heated and then dissolved.)
