Indication:1. Acute and chronic rheumatoid arthritis, acute and chronic ankylosing spondylitis and osteoarthritis.
2. Scapulohumeral periarthritis, bursitis, tendinitis and tenosynovitis.
3. Back pain, sprain, strain and other soft tissue injuries.
4. Acute gout.
5. Dysmenorrhea or adnexitis, toothache and postoperative pain.
6. Pain and inflammation after trauma, such as sprain, muscle strain, etc;
7. For severe infectious pain and inflammation of ear, nose and throat (such as tonsillitis, otitis, sinusitis, etc.), anti infective drugs should be used at the same time.
Adverse reactions:1. It can cause headache and abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhea, heartburn, nausea, dyspepsia and other gastrointestinal reactions.
2. Headache, dizziness and vertigo were occasionally seen. Serum glutamic oxaloacetate transaminase (got) and serum glutamic pyruvate transaminase (GPT) were increased.
3. Rare renal dysfunction can lead to retention of water and sodium, which is characterized by low urine output, facial edema and weight gain. Very few can cause arrhythmia, tinnitus and so on.
4. Rare: rash, gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer, hematemesis, melena, gastrointestinal ulcer, perforation, hemorrhagic diarrhea, sleepiness, allergic reactions such as asthma, hepatitis, edema.
5. It may cause bone marrow suppression or aggravate it.
Matters needing attention:1. Patients with abnormal blood system, hypertension and heart disease should be used with caution.
2. Because this product contains sodium, it should be used with caution in patients who limit the intake of sodium salt.
3. Patients with gastrointestinal symptoms or history of gastrointestinal ulcer and severe liver damage should be placed under strict medical care if diclofenac is needed.
4. Diuretics are being used in patients with heart and kidney function damage, patients in recovery period after major surgery and patients with extracellular fluid loss due to any reason should be used with caution.
5. In the course of medication, if there are obvious adverse reactions, the drug should be stopped.
6. For individual patients who need long-term treatment, liver function and Hemogram should be checked regularly. If liver function damage occurs, it should be stopped.
7. Patients with a history of vertigo or other central nervous system diseases should not drive or operate the machine during taking.
8. Attention should be paid to the dosage and adverse reactions when combined with lithium preparations, digoxin, potassium sparing diuretics, anticoagulants, hypoglycemic agents and methotrexate.
9. Lower weight patients should reduce the dosage of this product.
