We produces two type of spiral classifiers:high weir spiral classifier and high weir double spiral classifier,immersed spiral classifier and double spiral classifier.Of which,single spiral claddifiers have common and improved two types.
Production of the spiral classifier
The ground pulp is fed into tank from the inlet in the middle of settlement region, and the slurry classification sedimentation area is under the inclined tank. The spiral with low speed rotation stirs the slurry, so that the fine particles rise and overflow, while the coarse particles sink to the bottom of tank and are pushed upward by the spiral

Form a closed circulation with the ball grinder in the ore separation plant; 
Classify ore sand and fine sludge in gravity ore separation plant;
Classify the ore pulp according to granularity during the metal ore separation process; 
Remove sludge/water at the ore separation process.

Packaging detail:
Standard containers, bare main machine, motors and small parts are packed in wooden cases.
