The AM-6EX-I series weighing filling system produced by our company utilizes the working principle of gravity flow to realize the filling volume control. Through the programmable controller PLC to control the filling valve opening time, the material flows into the container to be filled by itself to complete the filling operation.

1.6 The filling system should be operated reliably in the following indoor environment:

1.6.1 The ambient air temperature during use:(-20~+40)ºC;

1.6.2 The relative humidity of the surrounding air is not more than 95%(+25ºC);

1.6.3 Used in Class A workshops or Zone 2 containing explosive gases of Groups T1 ~ T4 of Class IIA and Class IIB;

1.6.4 Do not use in severe vibration, bumps and the installation inclination with the horizontal plane is below 8 °
