Rabepraz'ole sodium az'ole canker is a proton pump inhibitor class taking the drugs, for ray Bella az'ole sodium salt form, first by the Japanese Eisai company successfully developed for the first time, name of commodity for wave force, the role of proton pump inhibitors is to reduce gastric acid secretion of stable disease areas, so as to cure the stomach and duodenal ulcers and stomach esophagus regurgitation disease effect. It is mainly used in clinical treatment of acid-related diseases, such as gastric and duodenal ulcer selection, peptic ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, zhuoye syndrome and so on.

Rabeprazo'le is a benzimidazo'le substitute that inhibits gastric acid secretion by binding to the proton pump of gastric parietal cells. This product inhibits the action of adenosine triphosphate, a key enzyme in the production of gastric acid. It can inhibit the secretion of basic gastric acid and gastric acid caused by stimulation.

Rabeprazo'le is a white to yellowish-white powder with no odor and a molecular weight of 381.43. It is easily soluble in water or me'thanol, anhydrous ethanol or ethyl ace'tate, almost insoluble in ether or eth'ane. This product does not display the optical activity, absorption temperature resistance, its melting point is 225 ºC, the pH value of 7.0 of the distribution coefficient of water/octane is about 214. This product is a light yellow film coated tablet (enteric-coated tablet).

Adverse reactions and precautions: gastric cancer should be excluded after the use of this drug. Adverse reactions include anaphylaxis, palpitations, constipation, diarrhea, headache, edema, leukopenia, AST, ALT, elevated total bilirubin, and proteinuria. The combination of rabeprazo'le sodium and di'goxin can increase the concentration of di'goxin. Do not use with antacids. Patients with a history of drug allergy, cirrhosis of the liver, the elderly, pregnant and lactating women, children with caution.
