2. PLC control system, full automatic producing.
3. top and bottom vibration, high strength and density of brick.
4. the control system has data setting device, distributing time and vibration time are adjustable.
5. adopt the double guide pillar and supper long-life wearable materials to ensure the high precision press of forming mould and press head.
6. multi-purpose and strong adaptability, change different mould can produce various wall brick, porous brick, paver brick, grass brick and shielding-slope brick.
7. super strong welded profile steel frame structure provides the long term stable and reliable operation.
Control system:
PLC intelligent control. Man-machine interface, control system equipped with complete logic control, production program, malfunction diagnosis system and remote control function. So it doesn't need a professional person but only need a simple trained one to the operator.

We would design and do the mould according to customer's Drawing.

Yes,the above price includes one set mould.

8.How about the commissioning of the machine and training to workers?
Yes, after finish the installation of the block production line, our engineer will do the testing and commissioning, and make the most suitable ratio of the materials to make the blocks, and train the workers how to operate and maintain the machines.
