Blister SeparatorI. Use of equipment:
Defect blister separator is an automatic capsule/tablet removing machine. It is for recovering tablet or capsule, softgel capsule from defected blisters. And the removed capsule/tablet can be reused and fill into new capsules to avoid wasting. The machine is composed of 304 grade stainless steel, micro motor, primary reducer, roller combination, guiding plate combination particle rubber plate sequential connection, equipped with electrical brake switch and lock switch. The micro motor and the primary reducer drive a set of rollers simulating the action of manual stripping tablets, capsules from the defect blisters separately through the guide plate and the particle baffle plate.

II. Technical characteristics:
