As you know there are a lot kinds of rubber material,such as NBR/SBR/EPDM/FKM(VITON)/SILICONE etc,but the EPDM rubber material is normally to produce,so the following informaiton is about the EPDM rubber diaphragm.

  1. EPDM rubber (ethylene propylene diene monomer (M-class) rubber),a type of synthetic rubber, is an elastomer characterized by a wide range of applications. The M refers to its classification in ASTM standard D-1418; the M class includes rubbers having a saturated chain of the polymethylene type. Dienes used in the manufacture of EPDM rubbers are dicyclopentadiene (DCPD), ethylidene norbornene (ENB), and vinyl norbornene (VNB).

  2. EPDM rubber is closely related to ethylene propylene rubber: ethylene propylene rubber is a copolymer of ethylene and propylene, whereas EPDM rubber is a terpolymer of ethylene, propylene, and a diene-component.

rubber diaphragm is not like rubber oring,it need to be produced by 3D or CAD drawing,but the sample will be also ok for us.

Color:

the black color is the cheapest one,another pantone color are welcome for you,but the price will be expensive than black.

ISO 3302-1 M2 for size tolerance,but also can be customized by your requirement.
