Once you are satisfied with our quote, our team will provide you with a template for your artwork.
Once we received your finalized artwork, you will receive a digital sample(product mock-up) within 72 hours (timeline may vary depending on the complexity of your design or brand needs). Once the sample is approved by your team, we will begin production on your physical sample.
Custom packaging is avilable upon request, our resources allow us to offer competitive rates.
Upon approval of the digital sample, our team will produce your physical sample for review. Your physical sample should arrive within 5-10days upon approval, faster turn-around times are available upon request.
Upon approval of the physical sample, our factory will send your product into mass production.

How to Order:

1.Tell us the model and the quantities you want to order.
2.We will reply you with an email to confirm after that, we will do you a Proforma Invoice.
3.Checking PI and confirm it for us, we will arrange the production ASAP when payment received.
4.We will take photos for you to confirm and deliver the goods soon.
5.Send the track number for you and track the goods for you until you get it.

 

After-Sales Service:

1.The vape pen e cigarette has 6 months warranty after shipment except human factors.
2.All the products are strictly checked before packinig,ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
3.In case any defective occured during transportation or by improper use,we will send you replacements in your next order.In case the defective is over 1%,all the defective products should be returned for replacements.
4.Buyer is responsiable for the shipping of return and seller is responsiable for the shipping of resending replacements.
