A: Our samples are free for customers who confirmed the order. But express freight cost is on buyer's account.

A: We will make samples before mass production. After sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production. Then do random inspection before packing.
Q3:Can you make new mold?
A:  Yes, we can manufacture your own mold according to design drawing or sample.
Q4: How to start a custom project with your company?
A:  Please send us your design drawings or original samples so that we can offer a quotation first. If all details are confirmed, we will arrange the sample making once received your deposit.
Q5.:What is the MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 10000pcs. But for stocks, we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we can calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our services.
