FAQ:
Q1: What is your lead time and led sign board warranty?
A: Under the normal condition, sample order for 3-7 working days, regarding mass order, if we have available raw material,the lead time will around 15 working days, otherwise, would be 20-30 working days  
Warranty is 2 years.
Q2: What is your payment method?
A: Our usually practice for payment is by T/T for the mass order.  At least 30-50 % deposit in advance, and the balance should be paid before delivery. 
Q3: What is your shipping and packing way?
A: We do wood box or flight case as per customers' requests. For the mass order ( fit for a container), we do shipment by Sea and for others usually by express or airline.
Q4: Can i place a sample order before i decide to do the mass production?
A: Yes, we accept sample orders led display, please let us know your detail request then we will send you the sample asap for confirmation.  
Q5: Can i have a free sample?
A: We offer free sample for some models, please advise what you need to see if we have available free samples here to be sent.
Q6: Can we make any size of led sign?
A: Nope, according the led module size and cabient size, such as ph3.91mm is 500x500mm for smallest unit.  
Q7: How to install led advertising sign board display?
A: We will provide drawing of steel structure or hanging truss,then you can install led display very easy.
Q8: Is Available to print customer required logo on your LED product? 
A8: Surely it is. Please inform and confirm the logo design details with our team ahead of the production. Then, we will follow your requirements.
