Product Introduction

H'exarelin is a very powerful peptide G H secretagogue (also referred to as G H RP). H'exarelin is characterized by having a longer terminal half-life (approximately 70 min) than most other hormone peptides and is extremely effective at releasing G H . This long half-life is inherent with peptides that have been modified by replacement of the naturally occurring l amino acids for thed-configuration. The pharmacokinetics of h'exarelin correlates well with the pharmacodynamic findings reported by Deghenghi et al. (1994) who observed that in the adult male rat, G H peak levels were apparent 20 min after the s.c. administration of h'exarelin. The authors observed that G H secretion induced by h'exarelin was prompt and sustained as it was still highly stimulated at 30 min.
 
H'exarelin is a peptide structurally similar to G H RP, which stimulates secretion of endogenous G H. H'exarelin has the majority of synthetic G H effects, but these effects are less evident with H'exarelin than with G H. The main effects of H'exarelin include increase of strength, growth of new muscle fibers, improving of vessels state, reduction of fat mass. The main difference of H'exarelin from G H RP is that H'exarelin does not promote appetite, because it does not increase the level of ghrelin in the body.
 
H'exarelin comes in a freeze dried powder just like the other G H RP peptides and storage should be done in a cool dry place until reconstituted and placed in a refrigerator. Bacteriostatic water is used to reconstitute the powder and an insul syringe is the preferred method for administering subcutaneous injections of h'exarelin. Users will notice 200mcgs is the saturation dose for h'exarelin and over a few weeks of use total desensitization may begin to take place. Also, the occasional flare up of the pituitary has been noted when dosing far beyond saturation doses.
