The introduction on U-profile Glass

The U-Glass is a shaped glass widely used in building. Because its U-shaped cross-section, it increases load-carrying carrying capability, higher mechanical strength than the flat glass, can be installed with bigger span, saving lots of sectional material. U-Glass has ideal transmission of light along with the normal glass. Two-tier installation, can gain better heat and sound insulation. Construction is simple and convenient, suitable for exterior walls, internal partitions ,as well as wall decoration, making it one of the standard parts of the building.

The Design of the U-Glass

U-Glass glass surface has various treatments of method,such as ordinary fine lines,transparent type ,colo and etc…The ordinary tine fine lines is standard and default design,any other method need to be marked before designing.

U-Glass is non-flammable materials, we can do a good fire rating and, if special requirements are marked in accordance with the relevant specification is designed.

Refer to the U-Glass installation to install the combination commonly used is the double wing at the seame in pairs arranged hollow installation,or single wing toward the inside or outside installation.

Used in the external walls of the U-Glass,installation length depends on the local wind loads,the height of the glass from the ground .Details please refer to the german DIN-1 249, DIN-18056 data design.
