working principle:
The dry powder flocculant enters the premixer from the screw propeller for premixing with clean water, and the wetted materials enter the preparation tank for dilution, and the preparation is conducted according to the required concentration; if it is liquid flocculant, it is directly put into the preparation tank by the screw pump. In the process of preparation, if the water volume changes, the flocculant dosing device will automatically follow the change of water flow, so as to ensure that the concentration of the prepared solution will not change during the whole working process. The dosage of water and solid dry powder must be adjusted to the same proportion as the output of the dosing pump, otherwise the dosage reserve supply will be insufficient or the liquid will overflow.
The preparation solution enters the storage tank from the preparation tank through the maturing tank. When the liquid level in the storage tank is at a high level, the preparation process will stop automatically. When the solution drops to the medium level, the batching process will be restarted automatically. The mixing tank and the maturing tank are equipped with spiral blade agitators to fully ensure the dilution and maturing of the flocculant. In addition, the liquid level signal under the storage tank can be used to control the start and stop of the secondary dilution and dosing process.
In the first use, when the water from the three dosing tanks is injected to 2 / 3 of the tank, the solid dry powder feeding device shall be opened again. After adjusting to a certain proportion, water shall be added and solid dry powder shall be added at the same time. At this time, the mixing motor and return water pump of each tank shall be opened to dilute the liquid in the three tanks evenly.
