Bimetallic Barrel is based on normal steel & casting a high performance linear inside the barrel to achieve higher performance & longer life expectation. The process method & alloy composition can decide the quality of different bimetallic cylinders.
Comparing of Bimetallic Barrels
1) Traditional way by Sleeve Inserting, by this way, it's inserting a complete steel pipe into the barrel, fasten by heat & shrink to achieve better performance, but sleeve material is limited to few options, can't adjust for various appliance of production
2) Our way by Centrifugal Casting, material use alloy powder, heat it & then use the centrifugal power to casting the alloy powder in the inside surface of barrel, much better combination & alloy powder grade is adjustable for various appliance
