The non-contact telemetry type temperature measuring instrument uses the infrared spectrum emitted by the tympanic membrane (equivalent to the hypothalamus) to determine the body temperature. According to the blackbody radiation theory, the infrared spectrum produced by objects with different temperatures is also different. It uses the thermoelectric stack infrared detector which can be accurate to 0.1 ºC, and then converts the reading by the microcomputer. It has more accurate measurement, fever reminder and memory function, which is convenient for comparison.
