How to take Seven Seas Multivitamin Syrup Seven Seas Multivitamin Syrup is for oral use. Shake well before use and take directly from a spoon or stir into a glass of water or milk after meals. Do not exceed the stated dose. Dosage Adults and the elderly 2 teaspoons (10ml) once daily. Children (6 months and over) 2 teaspoons (10 ml) once daily. Important: Give only 5 ml per day if your child is receiving formula milk feeds containing vitamins. Pregnant, trying for a baby or breast feeding (to be taken only on the advice of a doctor or antenatal clinic) -1 teaspoon (5ml) once daily.

If you have bought this medicine yourself, take the dose described above. Do not take this medicine for a long period of time. If you take more of this medicine than you should, speak to your doctor or pharmacist straightaway. Take your medicine or the pack with you. If you take too much of this medicine at once or over a long period of time you may get the following symptoms: loss of appetite (anorexia), feel sick (nausea), be sick (vomiting), tiredness, rough dry skin, thirst, excessive passage of urine, painful bones and joints, raised plasma, urine calcium and phosphate concentrations. If you miss a dose dont worry, do not take a double dose, continue with your usual dose at the next due time.
