 7. RFID Sensor with Host Computer Communication Data Packet Format

This data message format is used for communication between the RFID (HF) sensor and the host computer (controller). The host computer sends commands (downstream) and the RFID sensor responds (upstream). The communication port baud rate is 9600, data is 8 bit, no odd check, stop bit is one bit.

Data length:The length of the Data1~Data N(=N);
Checksum(CAL):From the data length to Data N (N+1 number) sum, take the lower 8 bits.
Note:The data is a hexadecimal number in the table.

Instruction:
  1. The RFID sensor automatically reads the tag when it is turned on.
  2. The RFID sensor reads the data stored in the tag automatically when the tag is in reading area.
  3. The RFID sensor stops reading the tag automatically after receiving the command to stop reading; and it can be restarted read the card after receiving the reading tag command.
  4. when the mifare tag is used, block cannot be read and written with block numbers 3+4n (n=0, 1, 2...), In other words, the blocks cannot be read and written with blocks numbers 3,7,11....
