Introduction:
Didanosine is an antiviral and anti-AIDS drug, also known as Whittox, Didanosine, Didanosine, Dideoxythymidine, Dideoxyinosine, Didanosine, and is a human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) replication inhibitor It interferes with and inhibits viral reverse transcriptase to prevent virus replication. The mechanism of action is similar to zidovudine, but it has higher activity and selectivity than zidovudine. Synthesized by artificial chemistry.
Indications:
