Description: Reverse osmosis system is using city water as raw water, then treat water by Pre-filter (water softener is optional), reverse osmosis membrane. It can remove particle, colloid, organic impurity, heavy metal ion, bacteria, virus in water, and it can also remove 99% dissolved salt. The whole system desalination rate can reach 96%-99% to make permeated water conductivity<10 us/cm. Dense water also won't polluted environment. Reverse osmosis equipment no need to consider about input water quality too much. And the main features of RO equipment is no need to do any regeneration, it can be keep stable for long time.

Working Process
Raw water tank + raw water pump + quartz sand filter + activated carbon filter + mineralized ball filter + security filter + high pressure pump + ro system + UV sterilizer(ozone generator) +pure water tank + water supply point
| 1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter |
| 2. Sand filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, ect. |
| 3. Active Carbon filter--remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, ect. |
| 4. Mineral water--for drinking, there are beneficial minerals for humans |
| 5. Security filter--prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um, |
| 6. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane |
| 7. RO system-- main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting rate can reach 99%, removing over 99% ions |
Replacement time of consumable parts
All parts will depends on raw water quality, better quality longer life span^^
1. Quartz sand: 12-16 months
2. Activated carbon:12-16 months
3. Mineralized ball: around two years
3. RO membranes: around two year
4. PP sediment filter cartridge: every 1 month
Please also kindly understand that every water treatment equipment, no matter ultra-filtration or reverse osmosis, is a ODM project as different water is of different quality. Therefor, pls tell me the follow information
